**Position: Customer Service Engineer In-Plant**
**Location**: Molex Guadalajara South, Zacoalco de Torres, Jalisco, Mexico
At Molex Guadalajara South, we are looking for a customer-focused professional to manage and optimize on-site customer service processes directly at the plant. This role is critical to ensuring an excellent customer experience and effective communication with internal teams at our Zacoalco plant.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and plant operations.
- Manage customer inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including design, IT, and supplier management, to resolve issues and continuously improve service.




- Generate and analyze customer satisfaction reports to identify opportunities for improvement.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in customer service within the manufacturing or automotive industry.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate across different departments within the plant.
- Familiarity with management systems (e.g., SAP) and quality control processes.
- Advanced English proficiency (preferred).
