Descripción y detalle de las actividades
1.Request and /or generate production orders for assemblies and sub-assemblies according to the build plan requirement.
2.Follow up on production orders.
- Printing and releasing labels (when applicable).
- Assign priority to warehouse for Kitting Process
- Order delivery to production.
- Product Output.
3.Monitoring of open Work orders ( DHRS).
- Alignment of orders according to the requirement of the construction plan.
- Follow-up on order closure
- Cancellation and delivery to DHR Document Control (which were not processed).
- Make the analysis of the build plan requirement vs current capacity, in order to escalate if there is any constraint.
- Generate production plan for the areas in charge.
- Identify and follow up material shortages.
4.Execution and monitoring of blackboard meetings.
5.Define priorities for the finish good release.
6.Review and update daily production plan report
7.Follow up to non-conforming material of each area (FG /Subassys)
- NCRs




- MMRs
8.Provide support to the engineering for validation requirements.
Experiência y requisitos
- Bachelor Degree.
- English (70%).
- Minimum 2 years of related experience as a planner in a manufacturing environment.
- Intermediate domain in Excel Monitoring of production plans.
- Perform demand analysis.
- Root cause analysis knowledge
- Collaborating with operations supervisor/Superintendent to develop and implement controls and improvements.
