**CANDIDATE PROFILE**
- Associate’s degree required; higher education preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized with effective time management and prioritization skills
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills; eager to learn
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Experience in collections or sales
- Goal-driven with a proactive mindset
