**Duties**
- Develop and implement academic programs and initiatives that enhance student learning and engagement.
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to ensure alignment of educational objectives with institutional goals.
- Provide academic advising to students, helping them navigate their educational pathways and resolve any issues that arise.
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate records of academic performance.
- Serve as a liaison between students, faculty, and administrative departments to facilitate effective communication.

Pay: $28,000.00 - $32,000.00 per week
