**Duties**
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum standards.
- Create a supportive classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and fosters a love for learning.
- Mentor students by providing guidance, support, and feedback on their academic progress.
- Conduct assessments to evaluate student understanding and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance curriculum development and share best practices.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff regarding student progress and classroom activities.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational trends and methodologies.

- Proven experience working with students in an educational setting.
- Strong mentoring skills to guide students in their academic journeys.
- Proficiency in lesson planning and curriculum development.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to create an inclusive classroom environment that meets the needs of all learners.
Pay: $17,000.00 - $19,000.00 per month
