**Customs Clearence Coordinator**:
**About the Role**:
Coordinate and provide support for foreign trade issues, Customer service for export, Reception of purchase orders and export planning, Coordination of export projects and support to demant planning for the import process.

**What You Will Do**:
- Coordinate and supervise the customs clearance process for exports.
- Prepare and issue the corresponding Certificates of Origin.
- Request internal transactions on SAP (Inforecords, Deliverys, Shipments, etc.)
- Provide support of customs clearance process for imported and exported goods and materials at all the stages.
- Act as first point of contact on preparation of custom declarations, customs related invoices and contracts both for internal departments and suppliers.
- Assist internal departments on local and international customs legislation and procedures deal with Customs and Mexican dependences.




- Check correctness of full customs documents package including shipping and cover documents.
- Support delivery of freights from warehouse of temporary storage to the Company Calculate customs duties and fees in line with local legislation.
- Ensure that internal and external customer receive an efficient service from the sourcing department, provide any relevant purchasing administration as and when required for the smooth running of the site
**Who You Are**:
- Business Relationship, International Relationship or Business Administration
- 2-3 years of experience in Foreign Trade.
- knowledge of SAP & Excel.
- C ustomer satisfaction, conflict management skills and frustration tolerance,
- Strong ability to collaborate with local teams and external users
- Advanced spoken and written English
