**The Job**
The Affiliate Marketing Specialist will handle responsibilities such as presenting programming highlights, negotiating and executing media plans, and managing organic and paid spaces. They will follow up on activations, special projects, and the use of the affiliates' marketing fund. Additionally, they will generate purchase orders in SAP and Ariba, onboard suppliers, and develop legal contracts and agreements. Inventory control and budget management per affiliate will also be key aspects of this position

- Consumption analysis on the affiliate platform.
- TOP (Totalplay - Star TV).
- Development, approval,



and follow-up on material implementation.
- Media plan execution.
- Follow-up on quotes and project bids.
- Support for sales teams.
The Monthly - Major Activities
- Presentation of programming highlights.
- Negotiation and execution of media plans.
- Negotiation of organic and/or paid spaces.
- Follow-up on activations, special projects, and use of the affiliates' marketing fund.
- Generation of purchase orders in SAP and Ariba.
- Follow-up on supplier onboarding.
- Request, follow-up, and development of legal contracts and agreements.

- Control and execution of the budget per affiliate.
- Request for finance and procurement approvals.
The Essentials
- Ability to analyze consumption data on affiliate platforms and produce detailed reports.
- Experience in tracking and implementing projects, including material coordination and media plan execution
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with affiliates, sales teams, and other departments.
- Skill in negotiating organic and paid spaces, as well as legal contracts and agreements.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, maintaining effective
- Capability to collaborate with various teams, including sales and finance, to ensure successful execution of marketing strategies.
