Your Job:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and adaptable Production Planner. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in planning and prioritizing operations to ensure maximum production performance with mínimal delays. Using your expertise in production planning and your problem-solving skills, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute efficient production strategies and drive continuous improvement projects that create value for our customers.

This includes working closely with Production Managers, Line Supervisors, Buyers, and various support groups such as Engineering, Quality, and Customer Service. Together, we deliver high-quality solutions for our customers by fostering collaboration, innovation, and operational excellence.
What You Will Do:
- Plan and prioritize production schedules to optimize performance and minimize delays.
- Coordinate production flow across multiple product families to meet shifting demands.
- Monitor production output and ensure timely completion of work orders to meet plan dates.
- Address operational challenges promptly to mitigate schedule interruptions.
- Collaborate with teams such as Quality, Engineering, and Warehouse to align on goals.




- Analyze and manage inventory levels to optimize strategies and avoid shortages/excesses.
- Generate performance reports and communicate production plan status effectively.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean projects and process optimizations.
- Participate in New Product Introductions (NPI) and support new business opportunities.
- Conduct demand analysis and utilize tools like MRP to ensure accurate material procurement.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 3+ years of experience in production planning with proven results.
- Proficiency in ERP and MRP systems with a strong ability to analyze short
- and long-term scenarios.
- Effective communication skills (spoken and written) with English proficiency at 70-80%.
- High emotional intelligence with strong adaptability to changing scenarios.
What Will Put You Ahead:
- APICS certification or similar professional training.
- Experience in High Mix/Low Volume operations, including SMT, back-end assembly, and automated processes.
- Expertise in the automotive industry or similar segments.
- Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, and strategic thinking abilities.
- Negotiation skills and a proven sense of urgency to drive results.
