**Role description**:

**Responsibilities**:
- 1. Purchasing goods and materials mainly in 3rd party NAND, DRAM, : Placing orders for the required goods and materials, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining appropriate inventory levels.
- 2.Inventory management: working with Planning team to monitor inventory levels, ensuring that stock levels are maintained according to agreed-upon parameters.
- 3. Order management: Coordinating with the vendor to place orders, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery of products.
- 4. Relationship management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors, customers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth inventory operations.
- 5. Data analysis: Analyzing inventory data, usage patterns, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and cost savings.
- 6. Process improvement: Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance inventory management efficiency and accuracy.
- 7. Reporting: Generating and presenting reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and performance indicators.
- 8. Analyzing data: Analyzing sales and inventory data to make informed purchasing decisions and optimize inventory levels.
- 9. Ensuring compliance:



Ensuring that all purchasing activities comply with company policies, ethical standards, and legal requirements.
**Qualifications**:
- 1. 10+years proven experience in supply chain management.
- 2. Attention to detail and accuracy in purchase order and inventory tracking and reporting.
- 3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- 5. Knowledge of inventory management systems and tools.
- 6. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- 7. Understanding of demand planning and forecasting concepts.
