**Responsibilities**:
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Coordinate and manage project team, contractors, vendors and suppliers for the flawless execution of multiple projects.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation. Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, on quality, within scope and within budget.
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress, shared with clients as well as other staff members.
- Perform change and risk management to minimize potential risks.
- Report and escalate to management as needed.
- Manage the relationship with the client and relevant stakeholders.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Measure and track project performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques.
- Delegate project tasks based on project team members' individual strengths, skill sets, and experience levels.
- Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis.
- Attend conferences and train as required to maintain proficiency.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
**Job Requirements**:
- 3 years or more of AGV industry or automated system integration project related, project implementation and delivery management experience.
- Ability to manage multiple projects both remote and onsite.
- Have delivery experience of leading a team, have excellent team spirit, work proactively, and have a strong sense of responsibility.
- Have strong ability to withstand stress, work enthusiasm, and be able to adapt to short-term business trips.
- Excellent working knowledge using MS Excel, AutoCAD, MS Project, and related software.
- Languages: English (mandatory), plus additional language is desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Experience working within a consultative sales process especially with solution offers
Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per month
