**Profile**:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Engineering or a related field, with completed studies
- Language: 80% English proficiency
- Experience in managing SQL servers, automated backups, and data restoration in case of failure
- Proficiency in C#/.NET programming
- Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance for laptops and PCs
- Skills in diagnosing and repairing hardware and software issues
**Key Responsibilities**
- **IT Support & Infrastructure Management**:
- Set up, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, and other hardware
- Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues
- Manage SQL Server instances, backups, and recovery processes
- Configure VOIP phone systems and support user endpoints
- Setup and maintain Windows Servers and user access
- Configure and manage VPN (OpenVPN) and remote desktop connections
- Maintain robust backup systems and ensure data integrity
- **Software Development - C# /.NET**:
- Write clean, maintainable, object-oriented code
- Assist with UI/UX improvements and graphical interfaces
- Collaborate with the engineering and operations teams to automate workflows
- Help design, test, and deploy new features or tools as needed
**Qualifications**:
- Proficiency in C#/.NET programming (required)
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles




- Hands-on experience with computer hardware setup and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of Windows Server environments and SQL Server management
- Familiarity with networking, VOIP systems, and VPN configuration
- Experience working with backup and disaster recovery systems
