**Position Title: IT Assistant**
**JOB SUMMARY**
Collaborate with other departments to maintain the company's networks and systems operational at optimal levels. Perform maintenance activities on IT resources related to the operation of supplementary systems for a main computer.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Address technical issues that may arise on a day-to-day basis.
- Register or cancel credentials for team members as required.
- Equipment delivery for work.
**JOB QUALIFICATIONS and REQUIREMENTS**:
- Bachelors Degree in related field, or equivalent work experience
- 100% English
- Ability to manage computers, Outlook, Excel, computer systems, knowledge of programming, etc
- Strong communication, both written and verbal
- Great active listening skills
- A patient and empathetic attitude
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Adaptability and flexibility




- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments
- Computer literacy
- Phone skills, including familiarity with complex or multi-line phone systems
**JOB SPECIFICATIONS**:
- Independent Contractor hiring
