**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Support the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to offboarding
- Administer employee benefits, leave programs, and HR policies
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and resolve HR-related issues
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS systems
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
- Support performance management and employee development programs
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communications
- Prepare HR reports and metrics for leadership
**Qualifications**:
**.**Advanced English Level
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration,



or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in a generalist HR role.
- Strong knowledge of US labor laws and HR best practices (THIS IS MUST)
- Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., BambooHR, Workday, ADP) is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Nice to Have:
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR)
- Medical Field experience is a big plus.
- Experience in a fast-growing or international company
- Familiarity with remote or hybrid work environments
**Shift Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 - 6:00 pm,EST**
**On Site: Avenida Universidad 2727, Parques de San Felipe, 31203, Chihuahua, Chihuahua**
