- Comply with and enforce the quality policy.
- Support in testing and inspections of all
process validation projects to ensure adherence to the ISO 9001:2015 standard
and the company's internal procedures, including the required documentation. Participate
during PD, IQ, OQ and PQ runs; and the creation of test methods while working
with developers on launches and implementations, including the implementation
of quality controls.
- Follow-up on the compliance with the quality
objectives' goal;**preparing quality reports containing quality metrics:
monthly reports, performance of processes and products in terms of quality.
Ensuring compliance with KPIs through data collection and analysis.
- Conduct activities in adherence to the company's
requirements regarding quality standards, SOPs, and Quality System.
- Lab Quality responsible, ensure the execution of
tests and inspections on time and in accordance with established procedures,
control of result records and data analysis. Follow-up on 6s.
- Control of inspection equipment, calibration on
time and execution of their respective MSA.
- Coordinates and ensures the inspection of raw
materials and finished or in process products to verify compliance with
established technical specifications and quality regulations is executed on
time.
- Develops,



updates and implements quality control
plans, which include the creation of standards procedures, the definition of
performance metrics, and personnel training.
- Management of non-conformities and corrective
actions, executes and/or coordinates failure analysis and improvement
proposals, conducting an analysis using tools such as 15W, Ishikawa, 8Ds, PDCA,
trend analysis to determine the root cause and propose corrective solutions.
Coordination with production teams and suppliers, acting as a link between production teams and suppliers, ensuring that quality standards are maintained throughout the supply chain. Provides support in failure investigations
Experiência y requisitos
- Bachelor of Science degree, industrial or
chemical engineering, or quality related discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience in quality
operation environmental.
- Preferable knowledge on Injection Molding
process.
- Good organization, communications, leadership,
and analysis capability skills.
- English 80%
