**DESCRIPCIÓN**
**RESPONSABILIDADES DEL PUESTO**
2. Perform 3D model and controlled drawings using CAD tools
3. Collaborate with NPI, Automation and quality team for design release.
4. Participate in technical reviews with customers and support during the development.
5. Perform tolerance analysis, materials and manufacturing process.
6. Document specifications, technical reports and BOM’s.
7. Lead validation activities, mechanical test and failure analysis.
Experiência y requisitos
**PERFIL DEL PUESTO**
1. Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Mechatronics, or a related technical field. Masters preferred.
2. 5+ years of experience in product design, preferably in interconnect or electronics.
3. Advanced experience in CAD 3D (Creo, SolidWorks). Simulation Knowledge (ANSYS, HFSS, CST) is a plus.
4. Working knowledge of metal and plastics materials and DFM.
5. Excellent communication,



technical leadership and teamwork.
6. Experience working in a fast-paced, general, and matrixed organization.
7. English conversational.
8. VISA Required.
