**Responsibilities**
- Lead discovery, design, and implementation phases of projects effectively
- Document technical processes to ensure clarity and comprehensibility of deliverables
- Collaborate with distributed teams, following Agile principles
- Bridge the gap between technical requirements and business needs in collaboration with stakeholders
- Address technical challenges while maintaining system performance
- Provide mentorship and technical support for junior developers
- Maintain code quality and reliability through thorough testing and peer reviews
**Requirements**:
- Proven background in designing and creating high-throughput systems
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working with distributed teams
- Fluency in English along with strong communication skills for cross-team coordination
- Proficiency in producing well-structured technical documentation
**Nice to have**
- Knowledge of JavaScript, PHP, and gRPC technologies
- Skills in evolving and scaling high-performance systems
- Competency in fostering team collaboration and collective problem-solving
