**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user-focused design strategies and solutions
- Guide design decisions through effective communication and presentation of ideas to stakeholders
- Advocate for user-centered design principles, integrating UX effectively into product strategies
- Balance aesthetic judgments with business goals to deliver outcome-driven designs
- Mentor junior designers, providing constructive feedback and enhancing team capabilities
- Maintain alignment between design, product vision, and technical feasibility
- Conduct research and leverage insights to inform design processes
- Ensure consistent implementation of design systems across multiple platforms
- Drive innovation while adhering to usability, accessibility, and performance standards
**Requirements**:
- Over 6 years of experience in Digital Product Design
- Proven ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams, especially in B2C and consumer-focused environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate design strategies and collaborate with stakeholders
- Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools, with a strong track record of delivering successful projects
- Capability to lead design decisions and align with product and business objectives
- Competency in integrating UX principles to create seamless user experiences
**Nice to have**
- Familiarity with Atlassian Confluence and Jira for documentation and workflow management
- Understanding of Miro for collaboration and brainstorming sessions
- Flexibility to use Principle for advanced prototyping
