**Job Requirements**
- **Minimum Education Required**: University degree.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 5 to 10 years in foreign trade operations, use of Anexo 24 software (SCI), demonstrated analytical skills, ensuring the highest accuracy in all foreign trade transactions, proven communication skills (oral and written), experience interacting with diverse personalities and skill sets.
- **Skills**: Information analysis, attention to detail, organizational skills, stress management, decision making, business understanding, excellent written and verbal communication skills, problem-solving, teamwork.
- **Language**: Advanced English.
**Responsibilities**:
- Ensure compliance with Mexican legislation and regulations.




- Keep records updated for all temporary transactions under the IMMEX program in CAMPA systems, as well as all exports.
- Ensure all import and export shipments are conducted according to IMMEX program standards.
- Submit Anexo 30 reports to the government institution SAT on time.
- Analyze tariff payments based on current Mexican regulations for foreign operations.
- Manage T-MEC control for legal purposes.
- Prepare annual IMMEX reports to maintain the legal activity of the IMMEX program.
- Develop management skills.
- Work cooperatively in a continuous improvement environment and lead meetings.
