**We're hiring!**Join our dynamic team at CHEP as **Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;) for LATAM**, based in **Mexico City (CDMX)**.
This is a strategic leadership role, responsible for driving the full FP&A; agenda across the region — including strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, performance reporting, and business analysis. You’ll be a key partner to senior leadership, providing insights that shape decision-making and business strategy.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Lead the LATAM FP&A; cycle: strategic planning, annual budgeting, and quarterly forecasting
- Develop and manage financial models, reports, and tools to support executive decision-making
- Ensure clarity and consistency of LATAM reporting metrics
- Present forecasts and financial updates to CFO, Regional Head, and Country Managers




- Analyze monthly results and proactively flag risks and opportunities
- Manage the global reporting system (BRACS) and support feasibility studies for new projects
- Drive automation, standardization, and continuous improvement across reporting and analysis
- Lead and develop a high-performing team in a diverse, multicultural environment
**What we’re looking for**:
- 5+ years of senior-level FP&A; experience
- 5+ years of team leadership and development
- Proven track record in change management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Deep understanding of IRR, ROI, RONA, and corporate finance
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and motivational skills
- Passion for continuous improvement and business impact
