**How will you make an impact in this role?**
- Lead and own screening, assessment, interview, and offer process activities for the regional/functional segment.
- Enact broader Talent Acquisition and Onboarding strategy to ensure delivery of qualified and diverse talent.
- Master operational excellence by using available technologies to improve efficiency and quality to deliver on the hiring plan.
- Recommend and drive improvements to the local sourcing strategy and pipeline by actively collaborating with the Talent Acquisition and Onboarding Manager.
- Conduct first round interview, intake meetings, interview debrief, and reviews assessments.
- Structure new offers, works with compensation team to determine appropriate package and negotiate offer.
- Continuously partner with employee relations, legal, recruitment operations and other centers of excellence within Colleague Experience Group.
- Create events and handle colleague referrals.
- Keep abreast of new hiring practices and trends in the industry.
**Minimum Qualifications**
- Fully bilingual in English.
- Minimum 3 years of experience within recruitment activities such as: sourcing, screening, interviews, for massive hire roles, preferably bilingual roles.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
- Segment and industry-specific knowledge.
- Ability to effectively maintain relationships.
- Ability to partner with ancillary groups supporting TA processes.
- Ability to make logical and data-based decisions in a complex environment.
- Ability to work in a high-volume environment, handle multiple tasks, and prioritize accordingly.
- Ability to influence at different levels of the organization.
