**The Role**
We are looking for a **Supply Chain Intern** to join our team and help with two important projects:
- **Organizing and updating technical information** about the materials and supplies we use.
- **Analyzing how much space we use in our warehouses**, and helping us build a dashboard that shows how full they are and when we might run out of space.
This is a great opportunity to learn how a supply chain works from the inside and to work on real projects that have a direct impact on our business.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Review and update technical data sheets for materials and supplies
- Standardize formats and organize all documentation into a central repository
- Coordinate with Procurement, Quality, and Production teams to validate the information
- Collect and clean warehouse occupancy data (past and current)
- Calculate space usage projections and identify potential risks
- Suggest alert systems for warehouse overcapacity
- Build and maintain a simple dashboard using Excel, Power BI, or Google Data Studio
**Requirements**:
**Who You Are**:
You are a proactive, organized, and curious student who wants to learn more about how supply chains work. You enjoy working with data and documentation and want to make a real contribution to your team.
**You are**:
- Currently enrolled in the final semesters of a degree in **Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain**, or **Business Administration**:
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Comfortable using **Excel** (pivot tables, formulas, charts; macros is a plus)
- Familiar with or interested in tools like **Power BI, Tableau**, or **Google Data Studio**:
- Analytical, a good communicator, and eager to learn
- Intermediate level of English (mainly for reading documentation)
