**Job Summary**:
- Guides plant financial decisions by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing policies and procedures
when not available at the corporate level..
- Protects assets by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing internal controls.
- Monitors and confirms the financial condition by conducting audits and providing information to external
auditors.
- In charge of producing, presenting, and interpreting the plant’s financial data.
**Core Responsibilities and Activities**:
- Supervises financial functions that include General Accounting, Cost Accounting, Tax, Payroll, Accounts Payable and Customs Compliance.
- Establishes Transfer Pricing for Intercompany Business.
- Works with long term forecasts and business Plans.
- Supports critical decisions for the future of the Plant.
- Provide financial management with timely analysis and efficient decision-making
- Responsible for the general accounting and budgets.
- Prepare documentation for the financial report and provide support in general matters.
- Prepare local and regional periodic financial reports (Hyperion).
- Carry out activities related to the monthly financial closure process.
- Develop cost reports per sales and transfer price review.
- Responsible for prepping financial status and assure its generation based to US GAAP.
- Assure budget correct follow up.
- Active participation within the operation providing financial improvement.




- Update policies and financial procedures which have an effect towards the financial status.

**Other Responsibilities**:
- Business Partner to Plant Manager.
- Identifies risk (to avoid) and opportunities (to improve).
- Provides guidance to Finance in MB Operation.
- Other duties as required.
Experiência y requisitos
**Functional Competencies**:

- Proven ability to prepare and present High Management reports.
- Problem Solving.
**Education**:
- Finance, Accounting, Economy or Business Degree.
**Previous Experience**:
- 4-5 years of related experience proven with accounting and industrial finance in production process.
- Accounting firm - working in Audit and Taxes.
**Languages**:
English Advanced.
