We are seeking remote **Digital Marketing Specialist**to join our team in **Mexico**.
**Position Objectives**:
- Manage Google Ads: optimize keywords, segmentation, conversions, and performance reports.
- Set up and maintain social media campaigns: without heavy focus on paid advertising, but ensuring active and professional presence.
- Oversee website design and functionality: ensuring clarity, fast loading speed, WhatsApp integration, and effective landing pages.
- Follow up on the prospect funnel: verify that the clinic’s team promptly responds to calls, WhatsApp messages, and submitted forms.
**Key Required Skills**:
- Google Ads certification (Google Partner or Skillshop).
- Proven experience in healthcare or medical service campaigns (experience in neuropsychiatry or psychology preferred).
- Basic SEO knowledge and ability to supervise web development (not programming, but auditing usability, landing pages, speed, and integrations).
- Basic community management: publishing and maintaining social media with light copy and design.
- Ability to generate clear, actionable reports: clicks,



cost per patient, and appointments generated.
- Strong commercial follow-up skills: consistent communication with the clinic’s management to ensure prospects are adequately attended.
