**Procurement Analyst**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Manage end-to-end procurement processes for warehouse materials, renovation and maintenance-related categories, and warehouse rental resources.**:
**2. Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with reliable suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery.**:
**3. Negotiate contracts, prices, and payment terms with suppliers to ensure competitive rates and favorable conditions.**:
**4. Develop and maintain procurement plans, track order status, and ensure timely replenishment of stock.**:
**5. Coordinate with warehouse, operations,
and maintenance teams to accurately forecast material requirements and procurement schedules.**:
**Requirements**:
**1. Bachelor's degree.**:
**2. Five years of demonstrable work experience in purchasing, with extensive exposure to warehouse materials, warehouse rentals, facility renovations, and maintenance purchases.**:
**3. Strong negotiation, supplier management, and contract management skills.**:
**4. Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.**:
**5. Fluency in Spanish; Advanced English preferred.**:
**6. Based in Polanco.**:
**7. Willingness to travel.**:
