**DESCRIPTION**
- Managing schedules, meetings, and documentation
- Handling CRM system and database
- Coordinating between departments (sales, technical, quality, finance)
- Pipeline generations (leads, contacts, opportunities)
- Preparing quotes, proposals and contracts
- Assisting in order processing and tracking
- Liaising with internal and external customers
- Identifying trends and opportunities for improvement
- Supporting technical sales representatives and administrative areas
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor´s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or related
- + 5 years of experience in sales processes and cycles
- Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP)
- Proficiency in OFFICE software
- Capacity to generate ideas through data analysis
- Handling customer inquires and complaints diplomatically
- Attention to detail
