Responsibilities:
- Ensure customer satisfaction by responding to internal and external complaints in a timely and appropriate manner.
- Maintain the Quality Management System for the production lines under their responsibility.
- Ensure that products and processes comply with the specific requirements of the quality system and the customer.
- Lead the shop floor team to achieve quality results through corrective and preventive strategies.
- Lead root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions for process-related issues.
- Create and maintain company quality documentation, such as quality manuals, procedures, etc.




- Follow up on supplier complaints and ensure the implementation of preventive actions.
- Lead activities related to incoming material inspection, ensuring quality before entering the production line.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- +3 years of experience working as a supplier quality engineer
- Strong knowledge of quality tools used in the industry.
- An analytical and quantitative approach to problem solving.
- Advanced English
