**A Snapshot of Your Day**
As Financial Analyst / Commercial Project Manager (CPM) Trainee for gas turbine service projects you´ll be supporting the CPM team with order booking, revenue recognition, cost modeling, budget planning, and invoicing tasks.
**How You’ll Make an Impact**
- Create purchase requisitions in SAP for the different external and internal suppliers. Follow up on open Purchase Orders and close those that are no longer needed to reduce the committed cost.
- Register in SAP the positions described in each contract to create the sales document, that will later invoiced according to tax regulation.
- Guarantees status modification management.
- Reconciliation of AR and alignment with the Planning & Reporting group
- Variance analysis, what if scenarios, and trend analysis
- Support the CPM and PM with project specific requirements.
- Support the sales and marketing group with data and calculations for renegotiations, change orders, upsells, etc.
- Ad-hoc requests
**What You Bring**
- Enrolled in a Bachelor’s program in Finance/ Business Administration/ Accounting or equivalent, one or two years left till graduation
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure to meet deadlines is required
- Fluent English and Spanish
- Required amount of travel ~5%
- Qualified Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in Mexico




- Knowledge of Alteryx and Tableau a plus
- Participation in non-curriculum projects
- Track record of creativity, maturity, responsibility, and hard work

The selected person will work jointly with the long-term service agreements for large gas turbines maintenance CPM team.
