**What your role will be?**
- Administer and improve security tools and controls (Cisco, Microsoft Defender, TenableOne, Exabeam, WAF, Umbrella, Azure Identity Protection).
- Detect, investigate, and respond to security threats and incidents.
- Conduct security assessments, support audits, and ensure NIST CSF alignment.
- Collaborate with IT and business units to drive secure-by-design initiatives.
- Develop awareness campaigns, policies, playbooks, and security metrics.
- Evaluate new technologies and provide dashboards/reports to management.
**What will you bring to Ansell?**
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field; security certifications preferred (CISSP, CISM, GIAC, Azure Security).
- 3+ years in cybersecurity engineering or operations, with hands-on incident response experience.




- Knowledge of NIST CSF, ISO 27001, GDPR, or similar frameworks.
- Strong technical, analytical, and communication skills in English; scripting skills (PowerShell, Python) desirable.
**Desirable Competencies**
- Digital forensics/e-discovery experience.
- Cloud security best practices for Microsoft Azure.
- Familiarity with Mexican privacy regulations (LGPDP).
- Ability to prioritize under pressure and continuously improve.

- Travel may be required.
