Eaton’s AER FED Fluid Electrical Distribution division is currently seeking a Production Superintendent.
**What you’ll do**:
**Primary Function**:
- Lead and coordinate all manufacturing operations during the 2nd shift, ensuring production targets are met while maintaining high standards in quality, safety, efficiency, and cost control. This role is responsible for supervising production supervisors, quality, warehouse, fostering continuous improvement, and ensuring effective communication across shifts.
**Essential Functions**:
- Effective management of the resources through Eaton Leadership Model.
- Demonstrate a leadership style that perpetuates the Eaton Values and Philosophy and the Eaton Code of Ethics
- Manages and directs all manufacturing activities to ensure completion of customer requirements.
- Assesses performance indicators, and takes appropriate actions, to ensure schedule, cost, and quality goals are met.
- Supervise and monitor all production related activities during 2nd shift.
- Lead and guide a team of Production Supervisors.
- Ensure production schedules are executed on time.
- Maintain compliance with quality, productivity, and safety standards.
- Promote a culture of teamwork, commitment, and continuous improvement.
- Identify and resolve operational issues and labor relations.
- Ensures required documentation and/or system transactions are executed to meet customer, manufacturing system, and financial reporting requirements.
- Track key performance indicators with emphasis on Safety,



Quality, Delivery, Inventory, Cost and Culture.
- Assures policies, procedures and other documentation are followed to ensure consistent and compliant manufactured product.
**Qualifications**:
**Basic qualifications**:
- 3 years of experience as a Senior Production Supervisor or Production
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering
- Bilingual English/ Spanish
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality, and safety standards.
- Strong leadership, communication, and results oriented.
- Ability to communicate and establish professional and effective interaction with co-workers, direct and indirect reports.
**Preferred Specialized Knowledge (not required to be qualified for position)**:
- Understanding of problem-solving methods
- High Level of Interpersonal skill to work effectively with others.
- Knowledge of industry and customer specific quality registration schemes and certification processes (ISO9001, AS9100)
- Previous Aerospace experience preferred.
