As part of our expansion, we’re establishing a high-performing recruitment team in Mexico City to strengthen our delivery capacity.
**About the Role**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct initial phone and video interviews to assess skills and cultural alignment
- Achieve and surpass weekly submission, interview, and placement goals
- Maintain accurate ATS records and track pipeline progress with regular reporting
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience, ideally with a U.S. staffing agency
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal)
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter,



ATS systems, and other sourcing tools
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple open roles while meeting performance goals
- Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills
- Availability to work U.S. business hours
