**What You'll Do?**
As a Maintenance Group Leader, you will lead a team of maintenance professionals to ensure the efficient operation, upkeep, and continuous improvement of plant equipment and facilities. You will play a key role in supporting production goals through effective maintenance strategies and team supervision.
**Responsibilities**
- Conduct inspections, tests, and communicate evaluation results.
- Recommend solutions to technical and operational issues.
- Lead preventative maintenance activities and diagnose equipment malfunctions.
- Ensure compliance with labor agreements, safety standards, and housekeeping practices.
- Meet schedule and quality requirements.
- Supervise and guide maintenance personnel.
- Monitor and improve maintenance KPIs.
- Ensure proper functioning of assembly machinery.
- Request and follow up on spare parts and repairs.
- Use SAP for equipment and maintenance data consultation.
- Communicate effectively using Slack and Microsoft Teams.
- Collaborate frequently with cross-functional teams.
- Manage resources effectively to support project completion.

**Work**Appropriately**
On Site: This position requires to work on site on a full-time basis
Shift Schedule: 4x3 (100% on-site work)
**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Mechatronic Engineer and all Engineering related or related experience.
- Required experience in similar position: from 2 to 5 years.
- English Level: Intermediate.
- Available to change shifts (4x3)
- Previous experience in maintenance operations and equipment handling.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Familiarity with SAP for data consultation, Team Center and AutoCad.
- Experience with assembly machinery.
- Proven ability to supervise and lead a team.
- Familiarity with GM’s General Manufacturing System (GMS).
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Proactive problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
