**Your role**:
- You will participate in the budget management for approved spend, forecast spend, actuals and remaining budget
- You will work with the Vehicle & Propulsion Controls department to define planned spend for Direct Labor, deliverables, and proto parts
- Maintain the Budget & Planning Database (approved spend, forecasted spend, actual spend and amount remaining by program)
- Create Monthly Reports
- Maintain supplier documentation including existing Purchase Orders, Purchase Orders expiration dates, residual balance
- Follow-up with providers, on invoices to verify payment approval
**Your Profile**:
- Bachelor Degree in Business or equivalent
- **1-3 years of experience in Budget coordination and Management**:
- **Advanced English**communication, able to present
- Advanced MS Office (mainly **Excel**, also Power Point, Word)
- Experience with Power BI or Microsoft Access would be a great plus
