We are currently looking for a Accounting Specialist to join our team in Mexico City or Aguascalientes. This position will help ensure success of Accounts Payable team objectives through the support of the Taulia/Process Director e-invoicing and Zycus Platform. All systems interface to SAP where the invoicing processing, posting, and reconciliation are performed. This position will support internal and external customers through multiple roles ranging from vendor master, vendor-invoicing support, purchasing support, disbursement monitoring, as well as support for multiple legal entities related to indirect Accounts Payable.
**A Day in the Life**:
- Provide Month End Reporting as it relates to vendor balances.
- Analyzes accounts, prepares reconciliations and researches open items and account discrepancies.
- General Support of Business/Internal Customers for Production and Non-production related items.
- Correct any errors on the vendor account causing delay in payments
- Process Utility invoices.
- Works with Cash and Bank team to research and clear open cash items.
- Assist with monitoring and manually correcting any error in the queue for Taulia/Process Director related to invoices. Roughly 150-200 errors per day.
- Work with Purchasing as well as TechM team members on occurrences throughout PO related issues and Vendor Master Concerns.
**Who We're Looking for**:
**Required**:
- Experience operating in a performance / results oriented "fast-paced" culture. Preferably automotive background and experience in analytical roles.




- 1 plus years Accounting or Accounts Payable experience.
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting from an accredited university
- Fluent English
