**Your Role at Vantive**
The Salesforce Technical Architect, Integration Specialist is responsible for designing and implementing integrated Salesforce solutions that leverage Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, and Sales Experience platforms, with a special focus on integrating these with JD Edwards Oracle, Model N and other third-party systems.
This role ensures a seamless flow of data and functionality across multiple systems, optimizing business processes, enhancing customer engagement, and enabling scalable, high-performing solutions. The architect will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop technical strategies that align with business goals and deliver exceptional value through integration.
**What You’ll Be Doing**
**Solution Architecture & Design**:
- Design scalable, secure Salesforce solutions that integrate Sales Cloud,



Marketing Cloud, and Sales Experience with JD Edwards Oracle and other key marketing, sales, and enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, analytics platforms).
- Architect and implement seamless, multi-system integrations, ensuring data consistency, synchronization, and smooth user experiences across platforms.
- Develop high-level architecture documentation, including data models, flow diagrams, integration patterns, API specifications, and data flow mappings.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and industry standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA), integrating these principles into every aspect of solution design.
- Ability to run POCs and product assessments around app exchange package apps and vendor built add-ons on salesforce.
**Integration Strategy & Execution**:
- Design and implement API-driven integrations using REST, SOAP and event-driven architectures (Pub/Sub, Platform Events, Webhooks).
- Develop and execute ETL processes for efficient data extraction, transformation, and loading between Salesforce, JD Edwards Oracle, and other external systems to ensure accurate and timely data.
**Development & Implementation**:
- Provide hands-on leadership and guidance in the development of solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, and custom automation tools.
- Lead the implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions for campaign management, customer journeys,



and personalized marketing efforts, integrating with external tools like JD Edwards Oracle and analytics platforms.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure that integrations meet best practices for performance, security, and maintainability.
- Troubleshoot complex system and integration issues, ensuring mínimal disruption to business operations.
- A good understanding on different data sharing models both using configuration and customization.
**Collaboration & Stakeholder Management**
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Relationship Managers (BRMs), Enterprise Architects, and marketing teams to align technical solutions with business objectives, especially for customer engagement, campaign tracking, and lead generation.
- Work closely with IT and development teams to ensure smooth integrations between Salesforce, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Sales Experience, and external marketing systems.
- Partner with third-party vendors and system integrators to support solution delivery, ensuring that third-party tools (like JD Edwards Oracle) are integrated seamlessly.
**Continuous Improvement & Innovation**
- Stay informed of the latest trends in Salesforce technologies, marketing automation, and integration platforms to bring cutting-edge solutions to the organization.
- Leverage Salesforce DevOps and CI/CD practices to automate deployments and optimize the development lifecycle.
- Identify opportunities to enhance performance, scalability, and user experience through innovative technical solutions, with a focus on integrating data across multiple systems.
- Encourage the adoption of new technologies and methodologies that improve integration capabilities and enhance marketing performance.
