As a Laboratory Manager, you will ensure control of laboratory processes through management of technicians, guaranteeing compliance in additions, inventories, and consumptions, and the attention and follow-up of failures and the correct execution of weekend maintenance activities. You will be located at our Querétaro Plant, and report directly to our Quality Coordinator.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Manage the operational process to ensure execution.
- Comply with EHS guidelines and established programs.
- Ensure compliance with customer requirements according to IATF standards.
- Achieve internal goals related to efficient material usage, cost reduction, and responsible water usage.
- Verify that the production line operates
- Follow up and ensure resolution of incidents reported by the Production or Quality areas.
**Qualifications**
- ** Education**:Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering (preferred) or Industrial Engineering.
- ** Experience**:Minimum of 5 years of experience in E-Coat processes.
- ** Knowledge**:
- E-Coat processes.
- Material and substrate pretreatment (preferably in phosphating, degreasers, and conditioners).
- Intermediate level of English.
