**Your main tasks and responsibilities include**:
**-**Coordination of Foreign Trade Processes**:
- Manage and coordinate with international suppliers to ensure proper execution of import/export operations under DDP and FCA incoterms.
- Supervise customs-related operations, ensuring compliance with procedures, payment of duties, insurance, and tariffs.
**-**Management of Administrative Documents for Customs Brokers**:
- Review, validate, and follow up on key documentation such as:
- Commercial invoices
- Certificates of origin
- Packing lists
- Customs declarations
- Bills of Lading
**-**Stamping and Management of Local Invoices**:
- Create and stamp credit notes, ensuring consistency with internal documentation.
- Manage invoice cancellations in compliance with fiscal regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries, order tracking.
- General Administrative Support
**What you'll need**:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in international trade,Inernational Bussiness, administration, or related fields.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with customs procedures and government platforms.
- PC proficiency and ability to manage multiple systems.
- Fluent in English and Preferably in Portuguese.
