**The Opportunity**
We’re looking for a **Ground Transportation Coordinator** to join our **North America Operations Team** in Los Mochis.
You’ll be at the operational core of our logistics network, ensuring every shipment moves with precision across **U.S. Domestic, U.S.Canada, and Mexico-U.S. Cross-Border** lanes.
You’ll collaborate with customers, carriers, and customs teams to guarantee **on-time deliveries**, **operational accuracy**, and a **world-class logistics experience**.

**What You’ll Do**
- Coordinate and monitor ground shipments across North America.
- Deliver top-tier operational support to customers, carriers, and suppliers.
- Track and trace shipments proactively to ensure on-time performance.




- Collaborate with customs and warehouse teams for seamless border operations.
- Maintain and audit shipment data in **MercuryGate TMS** for accuracy.
- Secure and organize shipment documents (BOLs, PODs, invoices).
- Respond to customer and carrier inquiries with speed, empathy, and precision.
**What You Bring**
- Bachelor’s degree in **Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field**.
- **1+ years** of experience in logistics, transportation, or customer service.
- Experience with **TMS systems (MercuryGate preferred)** is a strong plus.
- **Advanced English proficiency,**written and spoken (mandatory).
- Excellent interpersonal, multitasking, and communication skills.
- A proactive, adaptable attitude — able to thrive under pressure.
