- This is a full-time on-site role for a Customs Brokerage Director, For TECMA Customs Solutions.
- the positions is located in El Paso, TX.
- The Customs Brokerage Manager will oversee day-to-day operations related to customs brokerage, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. The role includes managing brokerage activities, providing exceptional customer service, and coordinating with various departments to streamline operations. Additionally, the manager will be responsible for handling financial aspects of the brokerage services and ensuring the efficient flow of goods across borders.
Experiência y requisitos
- Qualifications- Customs Brokers License.
- Bilingual English - Spanish
- Bachelor's degree in business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Expertise in Customs Brokerage operations.
- Strong Customer Service skills and experience.




- Proficiency in Operations Management and coordination.
- Experience in managing P&L; for a Customs Brokers entity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Experience in the logistics or manufacturing industry is a plus.
