- **Operational Performance Analysis**
- Analyze manufacturing-related costs, align financial data with KPIs, identify risks and opportunities, provide insights, and partner with site leaders. - **Forecasting, Budgeting & Planning**
- Support annual planning, headcount and capacity calculations, prepare forecasts and variance analyses, contribute to cost evaluations, and deliver cost bridges. - **Productivity & Cost Control**
- Drive productivity initiatives, standardize cost control processes, harmonize cost analysis, and support finance & operations leaders. _
- **Deep understanding of manufacturing site operations
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**
- Collaborate with finance and operations teams, assist in modeling and business cases, and support improvement initiatives. Provide support to the functional teams in the creation of dashboards._
**YOU MUST HAVE**
- **Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field. - **Experience




- 5-7 years in financial/operations analysis, preferably in manufacturing and Supply Chain within the Americas region. - **Technical Skills
- Knowledge of KPIs and cost structures, financial modeling, ERP systems, and Excel. - **Soft Skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, communication and presentation abilities, and ability to manage priorities. - **Culture Fit
