Ensure the correct operation of the paint shop, providing the required production volume with quality, safety and in the scheduled time, addressing the various problems with the three departments in the area, maintenance, quality and production.
Strategic
a): Ensure the production volume of each of the painting plant lines
b): Conduct meetings with the 3 departments (Quality, Maintenance, Production) to review cases that affect the FTC
c): follow up on UL projects, implementation of actions, etc., streamline the painting plant processes in terms of labor, materials, methods
d): have contact with the leaders of the neighboring shops to create together a production plan that benefits the plant
Operational
a): Daily review of SFM to the 3 departments (quality, maintenance, production)
b): GEMBA walks throughout the plant to report unsafe conditions and acts
c):



Weekly meetings with all departments including safety, environmental and facilities to review deliverables as well as best practices that need to be reviewed and implemented
Resource Management
a): manage the assignment of the MOD of the different areas
b): Manage the MMS resource for the production areas according to the units produced
c): Manage the correct support of the service areas to provide production in a timely manner

8 years of experience in the Paint process, 100% english speak/ write
