**_Key Responsibilities_**:
- Administers core configuration tools (SFMC, AEM, Google Analytics tags, etc.) to set up and launch simple, pre-designed experiences and tests.
- Executes simple SQL queries and uses platform segmentation tools to retrieve and segment campaign target audiences based on clear, defined criteria.
- Follows established workflows, diligently updating task status in project management tools (Jira/Workfront) and escalating complex technical issues to L3/L4 specialists.
- Contributes to the maintenance of the team's knowledge base by accurately documenting routine deployment steps, configurations,



and common troubleshooting solutions.
- 2-4 years of hands-on campaign execution experience.
- Ability to run pre-built SQL queries and perform basic segmentation.
- Expert in Jira, Workfront, or similar Agile project management platforms.
**Technical Knowledge (nice-to-have)**:
- Basic HTML/CSS for minor template tweaks.
- Experience with A/B test setup within an ESP.
**Soft Skills**:
- **Process Discipline**: Diligent adherence to documented SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
- **Time Management**:Managing a high volume of tickets while maintaining strict deployment deadlines.
- **Proactive Communication**:Escalating blockers early to the CMS 4 or MOS 3 before they impact the launch.
