**Role Overview**
We are seeking a **Quality Leader & Process Implementation Specialist** with **current, hands-on, and verifiable experience implementing Quality Management Systems and process improvements**, including **ISO 9000 / ISO 9001**. This role is critical to driving quality strategy, ensuring compliance, and leading end-to-end process implementation in a manufacturing environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Lead the implementation, certification, and continuous improvement of Quality Management Systems (QMS), including ISO 9000 / ISO 9001.**:
- Design, implement, standardize, and optimize manufacturing and quality processes across the organization.
- Ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, and international quality standards.
- Lead internal and external audits, ensuring timely and effective closure of findings.
- Drive root cause analysis, CAPA, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop and maintain audit-ready documentation, KPIs, and management reports.
- Lead, coach, and influence cross-functional teams (Production, Engineering, Supply Chain).




- Act as the **quality and process authority** during new implementations, changes, and transfers.
**Senior Profile Requirements**
- **Bachelor’s degree (4-year) required**; Industrial or Systems Engineering preferred.
- **Proven, current, and verifiable experience implementing Quality Management Systems and processes** in a manufacturing environment.
- **Hands-on experience with ISO 9000 / ISO 9001 implementation and certification** (mandatory).
- Strong experience in **process mapping, standardization, and optimization**.
- **Formal quality certifications strongly preferred** (ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, Six Sigma, SPC).
- **5+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing quality**, including leadership or implementation-focused roles.
- Demonstrated success leading audits, system implementations, and process transformations.
- **Current U.S. visa required (IMPORTANT).**
