Position Objective:
Analyze and interpret financial information to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, as well as maximize the company’s tax savings.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Prepare and file tax returns (Income Tax, VAT, Excise Tax, etc.).
- Calculate monthly, quarterly, and annual taxes.
- Analysis and Reconciliation
- Record accounting entries to ensure alignment with tax regulations.
- Analyze variances between taxes paid vs. estimated.
- Regulatory Interpretation
- Study local tax laws.
- Audits and Reviews
- Prepare documentation for internal or external audits.
- Respond to requirements from the SAT or other tax authorities.
- Interaction with Other Areas
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the tax area
Specific Technical Knowledge:




- Analyze tax-related information
