Schedule, coordinate, and follow up on training and development activities.
Manage and keep updated the multi-skill matrices for operational areas.
Support the implementation and follow-up of new employee onboarding.
Control and safeguard evidence of training, certifications, and development.
Keep personnel databases and files up to date.
Keep records, logs, and periodic reports on HR processes
Support the organization and logistics of internal events and activities for staff




Ensure compliance with HR calendars, services, and activities
Support competency, performance, and talent assessment processes
Collect, analyze, and report information for area indicators
Propose improvements to Human Resources processes
Provide attention and support to staff on HR-related issues
**Profile**:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related field Desirable experience of 0 to 2 years in administrative or Human Resources functions
Conversational level of English
