**Job description**:
Act as a point of contact for internal clients with the HR department.
Provide feedback on HR processes, procedures, and initiatives.
Act as a consultant for employees in complicated work situations.
Implement, execute, and follow up on the objectives established by HR to contribute to the business.
Coordinate the recruitment process for operational vacancies (blue collar) at BDMX.
**Profile**:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Experience in human resources management.
Experience in union negotiations, contract management, and administration.
Knowledge of labor regulations and legislation: LFT, LSS, LINFONAVIT, FONACOT.
Human resources procedures and policies.
Compensation management.
Efficient use of computer equipment, software packages, and ERP.
Fluent English.
