We are seeking a highly experienced and autonomous General Contractor (Construction Program Manager) to oversee and manage all aspects of our modular construction projects, from initial planning to final project delivery. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient integration of prefabricated modules, adherence to timelines and budgets, maintenance of quality standards, and compliance with local and international regulations, all while contributing to Domo Modular's growth and innovation
Experiência y requisitos
**Requirements**:
- Education: Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or a related field
- Experience: 6-10 years in structural design, real estate development, or construction; at least 5 years in project management,



ideally in modular or prefabricated environments
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in structural design software (AutoCAD/Revit), project management tools (Smartsheet, MS Project, MS Office), and familiarity with building codes (IBC/CBC); reading and properly interpretate structural & architectural drawings
- Competencies: Exemplary leadership and communication skills; adept at budgeting; capable of managing multiple projects under pressure and liaising with external consultants
- Other: Fluent bilingual in English and Spanish; eligible to travel to the United States for site assessments and meetings, with ease on elaborating technical conversations on Construction environment
