We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator capable of managing end-to-end purchase orders at our CPS Mexico plant. **What You'll Do For Us**:
- Support among Bills to paid, user and supplier to receive the goods and assurance the paid of bills.
- Manage the purchase orders to CPS Mexico multiple sites operations, since the creation until the final reception of the goods and services.
- Responsible to activate new suppliers into the system.
- Promote the best alternatives to support productivity targets through the available platforms (e.g. Wherex)
- **What Are The Qualifications Needed**:
- **Educational Requirements**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- **Experience**: At least 1 to 3 years of experience in purchasing MRO materials and other supplies.
- **Technical Skills**:
- Knowledge in industrial areas and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Familiarity with SAP software.
- Understanding of spare parts and laboratory materials.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- **Personal Skills**:
- High attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills.

- **Language Requirements**:
- **English**: Intermediate level to understand technical specifications and quotations.
