As a **warehouse supervisor,** you will ensure the achievement of the delivery plan goals established by management through the management of operational staff, optimizing the resources of the operation.
You will work #LI-Onsite reporting to the Warehouse Chief.
**Key Responsibilities**
- You will train operational staff following operational procedures.
- You will ensure compliance with performance indicators.
- You will promote a work culture established by our company.
- You will manage, control, and guarantee all operational resources according to the area's demand across different shifts.
- You will analyze results data, reports, and prepare weekly and monthly presentations.
- You will manage personnel
**Qualifications**
- Education: Industrial Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration
- Experience: 3 years in warehouse management
- Office skills: Intermediate to advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables)
- English: intermediate
