- Evaluating machine resources to ensure continued production and mínimal downtime
- Establishing a balance between increased productivity and reduced costs of manufacturing operations
- Setting productivity goals for each manufacturing cell or team
- Developing workflow policies and procedures that improve efficiency without compromising safety or quality
- Ensuring adequate scheduling of staff
Experiência y requisitos
- At least 3 as a production supervisor in têxtile processes (MUST)
- Conversational English (at least 80%)




- Strong production skills and can-do energy
- Motivating, Coaching, supporting, and providing guidance to production
staff to agreed measurements
- Without problem commute to El Bajio Industrial Park
