Must-Have Requirements
- **1-5 years of legal experience**:
- **Experience in intellectual property law** (trademarks and/or patents)
- Experience assisting attorneys with **legal research and drafting**:
- Strong **written and verbal communication skills**:




- Ability to **explain legal concepts clearly to clients or non-attorneys**:
- Strong **computer skills**:
- Ability to work in a **fast-paced environment**:
- Proactive and **self-motivated mindset**
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience working with **USPTO trademark office actions**:
- Experience with **docketing and case management**:
- Experience drafting **subpoenas or legal correspondence**:
